Chaperone Applicants

If you are willing to commit to actively encouraging the development of youths during the Annual Southern Maryland Youth Leadership Conference, you're well on your way to being an excellent chaperone. Being a chaperone is a vital part of making the conference a success. Chaperones must be over 21 years old, and submit to a fingerprint and background screening. Please print and complete the Chaperone Application Packet.
